How long does personalization take?

Most personalized orders ship within 5–7 business days. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee.

How does the personalization process work?

Choose any item, select your embroidery package (Standard, Premium, or Custom), pick your font or monogram style, choose your thread colors, and type in the name or initials. We handle the rest.

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

Yes! Orders of 10 or more pieces qualify for bulk pricing with a dedicated account manager. We work with real estate offices, corporate teams, wedding planners, and event coordinators.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 include free personalization.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each personalized piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns on customized items. However, if there is an error in the embroidery, we will remake it at no charge.
